Walsh Design Works (“we”, “us”) operates this temporary website to introduce our consultancy and announce our upcoming full launch.

What this site collects

If you use the optional launch notification form, we collect the email address you submit so we can send a small number of launch-related updates about our opening. We do not sell personal data.

Like most sites, hosting infrastructure may generate routine logs (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security and reliability.

Legal bases & retention

Where applicable, we rely on consent for launch notifications. We retain signup emails only as long as needed to send those updates or operate our business, unless a longer period is required by law.
