Who we are
Walsh Design Works (“we”, “us”) operates this marketing website to introduce our consultancy and in-house products such as MyMoney (currently in beta). We continue to expand the full site over time.
What this site collects
If you use optional forms on this site (for example studio updates, expressing interest in beta-testing MyMoney, or the contact page), we collect what you submit so we can respond or send a small number of related updates. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on those forms to reduce spam. We do not sell personal data.
Like most sites, hosting infrastructure may generate routine logs (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security and reliability.
Legal bases & retention
Where applicable, we rely on consent for launch notifications. We retain signup emails only as long as needed to send those updates or operate our business, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information where applicable—contact us using the email below once it is published on the main site.
